Cancellations are not permitted. We strongly recommend enabling reminder notifications to ensure you don't forget your reservations.
 

• If you are a monthly member, you will have the right to re-schedule your reservation 24 hours in advance.

• After this time, no re-scheduling will be issued.

• In the event of cancellation on our part, you will be notified promptly and a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
